Grilled Haddock With Paprika And Parmesan Polenta

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups nonfat milk
  • 1 cup quick-cooking polenta
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 haddock fillets (6 ounces each)

Recipe

  • 1 to prepare polenta, brink milk to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  • 2 gradually add polenta while stirring constantly with a wisk.
  • 3 reduce heat and cook 5 minutes or until thick.
  • 4 stir in 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
