Grilled Haddock With Paprika And Parmesan Polenta

Ingredients

- 4 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup quick-cooking polenta
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 haddock fillets (6 ounces each)
Recipe
- 1 to prepare polenta, brink milk to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- 2 gradually add polenta while stirring constantly with a wisk.
