Grilled Salmon Fillets With Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 6 salmon fillets, 1 inch-thick (about 6 ounces each)
- nonstick cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 for sauce: mix all sauce ingredients in small bowl.
- 2 season with salt and pepper.
- 3 (can be made 1 day ahead. cover and chill.) for salmon: spray grill rack generously with nonstick spray.
- 4 prepare barbecue (nedium-high heat).
- 5 whisk oil, horseradish, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in another small bowl.
- 6 brush oil mixture over both sides of salmon fillets.
- 7 grill salmon just until opaque in center, about 4 minutes per side.
- 8 transfer salmon to plates.
- 9 serve with sauce.
