Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (or dark)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 rinse fish and pat dry. combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well. spoon about 1 tablespoons oil and vinegar mixture over each fillet. place fish on an oiled grill about 4 to 6 inches above medium coals. cook, turning once, about 8 to 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°f and flakes easily when tested with a fork. drizzle with remaining oil and vinegar mixture.
