Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 500 g chicken breast fillets, chopped coarsely
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic flakes
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken, onion flakes & garlic flakes into a food processor and process until well combined.
  • 2 roll level teaspoons of the mixture into nugget shapes.
  • 3 in a bowl lightly beat eggs with the paprika.
  • 4 coat nuggets in flour, then dip in the egg mixture. shake off any excess egg.
  • 5 place nuggets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • 6 cook in a very hot oven (240c) for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
