Japanese Marinated Salmon Fillet

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Recipe

  • 1 arrange salmon skin-side up in an 8-in square baking dish.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients and stir until sugar has dissolved.
