- 4 -5 herring fillets
- 1/2 liter whipped cream
- 100 ml dry wine
- 50 ml vodka
- 50 ml sugar
- 2 tablespoons dill or 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- finely ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 dice the herring fillets into tiny cubes the size of the tip of your finger.
- 2 combine all ingredients.
- 3 pour mixture into a bread-tin. place in the freezer for 24 hours.
- 4 slice and serve with boiled potatoes and sour-dough bread, if desired.
