Macadamia Baked Whitefish

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 lb fish fillet
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish.
- 3 melt butter in a shallow baking dish in oven.
- 4 dredge whitefish in flour mixture to coat.
- 5 arrange in baking dish and turn to coat with butter.
- 6 sprinkle with nuts.
- 7 bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
