Macadamia Baked Whitefish

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 lb fish fillet
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish.
  • 3 melt butter in a shallow baking dish in oven.
  • 4 dredge whitefish in flour mixture to coat.
  • 5 arrange in baking dish and turn to coat with butter.
  • 6 sprinkle with nuts.
  • 7 bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
