Ingredients
- 2 mahi mahi fillets
- 1 egg
- 1 egg
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 onion (minced)
- 1/4 cup cornmeal (whole, coarse)
Recipe
- 1 boil fish till flaky (about 15 minutes).
- 2 mix salt, egg, egg , and onion.
- 3 flake fish and mix with egg mixture.
- 4 form into cakes.
- 5 dust cakes with corn meal.
- 6 bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 7 serve over creamy whole grain couscous or polenta.
