Mahi Mahi Kebabs

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 mahi mahi fillets
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 onion (minced)
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal (whole, coarse)

Recipe

  • 1 boil fish till flaky (about 15 minutes).
  • 2 mix salt, egg, egg , and onion.
  • 3 flake fish and mix with egg mixture.
  • 4 form into cakes.
  • 5 dust cakes with corn meal.
  • 6 bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 7 serve over creamy whole grain couscous or polenta.
