Mark's Halibut Chowder

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sliced carrots
  • 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 -5 cups skinless halibut fillets, diced
  • 10 green onions, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine first six ingredients and simmer in large pot. (chowder).
  • 2 in large skillet, sauté next three ingredients until halibut is tender.
  • 3 add above to pot of chowder and heat through.
  • 4 add cayenne pepper to taste and enjoy!
