Microwaved Fish Fillet

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tilapia fillets or 4 sole fillets
  • 2 tablespoons dry wine
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup scallion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried italian herb seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 place fish in a casserole dish and pour wine mixed with teriyaki sauce. sprinkle wth scalions and herbs.
  • 2 cover loosely and nuke for about 9 minutes or until fillets flake.
