Mustard- Soy Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 24 ounces skin on salmon fillets (about 4 6oz fillets)
  • 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 cover a shallow baking sheet with foil. arrange salmon skin side down on sheet. spread each fillet with a very thin layer of mustard.
  • 3 in a small bowl, combine lemon juice, worcestershire, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. drizzle over fillets. then sprinkle each with a teaspoon of brown sugar and dot with butter. bake in center of oven for 12-15 minutes, until fish is firm and opaque. remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
