Parmesan Crusted Baked Halibut

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 lbs fresh alaskan halibut fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 475° and brush a baking sheet with oil. in a small bowl, lightly beat egg and milk together. in a separate bowl, stir together parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, pepper and salt. dip fish fillets in egg wash, and then dredge in flour mixture. lay fish fillets in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. top with dabs of butter and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and baked through.
