Parmesan Crusted Baked Halibut

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 lbs fresh alaskan halibut fillets
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 475° and brush a baking sheet with oil. in a small bowl, lightly beat egg and milk together. in a separate bowl, stir together parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, pepper and salt. dip fish fillets in egg wash, and then dredge in flour mixture. lay fish fillets in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. top with dabs of butter and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and baked through.
