Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb fresh salmon (fillet is best)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (or to taste)
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375*.
- 2 cut fillet into 4 pieces.
- 3 rinse and pat dry.
- 4 grease baking sheet. (i cover with foil and use a little olive oil. it makes clean up a breeze!).
- 5 lay fillet pieces on prepared sheet, skin down.
- 6 combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 7 slather entire mixture on top of fillet pieces.
- 8 bake in preheated 375* oven for 15 minutes or until done. this depends on thickness.
- 9 serve with your favorite sides!
- 10 note: since there are only 2 of us, i prepare this in my toaster oven. it works great!
