Red Snapper In A Snap

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 lbs red snapper fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, hellmans
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- oregano
- parsley
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 melt butter in a 9x13" glass baking dish.
- 3 add sliced onion and top with the red snapper.
- 4 combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt.
- 5 spread over snapper and sprinkle to taste with oregano and parsley.
- 6 note: this is also great with a mixture of fresh herbs: parsley, thyme, oregano and sage or whatever your favorites are.
- 7 bake for 30-35 minutes, depending on your oven.
- 8 serve immediately.
