- 3 lbs red snapper fillets
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh snipped parsley
Recipe
- 1 roll the fish lightly in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
- 2 heat oil in skillet; cook fish until brown on both sides (3 minutes per side).
- 3 remove fish to platter and keep warm.
