Ginger Miso Glazed Tilapia

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces tilapia fillets (4 fillets)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced very finely
  • 1/4 cup miso
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together everything except for the fish filets.
  • 2 submerge fish in sauce to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3 in nonstick or lightly oiled skillet, sear fish over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes or until fish is and fully cooked.
  • 4 remove fish from pan and plate filets.
  • 5 pour leftover marinate into skillet and stir for 5 minutes while sauce thickens.
  • 6 drizzle over filets.
