Caesar Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 anchovy fillets, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in bowl, whisk together anchovies, garlic, shallot, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt and hot pepper sauce.
  • 2 whisk in olive oil, then parmesan. add salt to taste.
