Ingredients
- 2 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 in bowl, whisk together anchovies, garlic, shallot, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt and hot pepper sauce.
- 2 whisk in olive oil, then parmesan. add salt to taste.
