Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillet
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup shortening or 1/4 cup oil
Recipe
- 1 rinse fish.
- 2 mix flour and corn meal and salt and pepper.
- 3 heat shortening or oil to high.
- 4 fry fish to golden brown on both sides and enjoy.
