Panko Crusted Salmon

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 skinless salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 season salmon to taste with salt and pepper, as well as any other herbs you enjoy on your salmon.
  • 2 combine dijon mustard, mayo, and garlic.
  • 3 heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in non stick sautã© pan.
  • 4 toss bread crumbs with olive oil and mix in parsley.
  • 5 sear salmon 3 minutes on each side. (cooking time dependent on size of salmon fillet).
  • 6 spread mayo mix on top of salmon filet.
  • 7 press breadcrumbs into the mayo mix on the top of salmon.
  • 8 place salmon under broiler for roughly 3 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  • 9 serve and enjoy!
