Madagascar Avocado Dip

Ingredients
- 4 avocado pears, soft cut into small pieces and mashed smooth 
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice 
- 2 1/2 ounces anchovy fillets, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 
- 1 cup onion, chopped finely 
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
- 1/2 cup sweet sherry 
Recipe
- 1 blend avocado and lemon juice. add anchovy, onion, red peppers and garlic powder. 
- 2 mix in a food processor or chop finely. 
- 3 add sweet sherry. 
- 4 cover the bowl and chill until ready to serve. 
- 5 serve with sesame crackers.
