Panko Encrusted Tilapia Fillets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tilapia fillets, patted dry
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 flour
  • 1 egg , beaten with
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 in 3 pie plate sized dishes, put egg , flour and crumbs.
  • 2 combine crumbs with seasonings.
