Mexican Haddock

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb haddock fillet 
-  vegetable oil cooking spray 
- 1/4 cup salsa 
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (regular or lite) 
- 2 tablespoons monterey jack cheese, shredded 
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
Recipe
- 1 coat each filet with with cooking spray. 
- 2 place fish in a baking dish. 
- 3 mix remaining ingredients until well blended and spread over fish.
