Grilled Chicken Salpicao

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 kg chicken breast fillet
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup liquid seasoning (knorr or maggi)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon juice (orange or lemon or anything you have at hand)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 marinate the chicken in a mixture of the remaining ingredients for atleast 20 minutes or longer. add more chopped garlic to coat all the chicken.
  • 2 grill or pan-fry until done.
  • 3 serve with blanched mixed vegetables and rice or warm potato salad.
