Grilled Chicken Salpicao

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 kg chicken breast fillet
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup liquid seasoning (knorr or maggi)
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon juice (orange or lemon or anything you have at hand)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 marinate the chicken in a mixture of the remaining ingredients for atleast 20 minutes or longer. add more chopped garlic to coat all the chicken.
- 2 grill or pan-fry until done.
- 3 serve with blanched mixed vegetables and rice or warm potato salad.
