Chicken Fillets Princess

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken fillets (half breasts)
  • seasoned flour
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 1 (310 g) can cut asparagus, drained
  • 1 small chicken stock cube
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 coat chicken fillets lightly with seasoned flour.
  • 2 heat oil and butter in a skillet.
  • 3 cook chicken until golden on both sides.
  • 4 remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
  • 5 add remaining ingrediets to pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 6 return chicken to sauce in skillet and heat gently for 3/5 minutes.
  • 7 adjust seasonings and serve.
  • 8 steamed new potatoes and carrots go well.
