Easy 4 Ingredient Salmon Teriyaki

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs skinless salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup kikkoman's teriyaki sauce
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, halved & thinly sliced

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 375 degrees.
  • 2 place salmon fillet on large sheet of thick aluminum foil(or two sheets to add width).
  • 3 add sliced onions and garlic on salmon.
  • 4 gently pour teriyaki marinade/sauce on top.
  • 5 pull up sides of aluminum foil to make a leak free packet.
  • 6 place salmon packet on baking sheet.
  • 7 cook for 35-45 minutes. check by opening packet slightly (be careful, extremely hot steam!).
  • 8 cut into portions and serve.
