Easy Baked Fish

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fish fillet, any type
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325.
  • 2 line 8x10" dish with foil.
  • 3 place fish in pan, sprinkle with seasonings.
  • 4 use a pastry brush to sparingly coat tops and sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
  • 5 top with generous sprinkling of paprika.
  • 6 bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until fish flakes when touched with fork.
  • 7 serves 4.
  • 8 note: no need to turn while baking.
  • 9 any amount may be prepared by adjusting size of pan.
