Easy Baked Fish

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb fish fillet, any type
- salt and pepper
- onion powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 line 8x10" dish with foil.
- 3 place fish in pan, sprinkle with seasonings.
- 4 use a pastry brush to sparingly coat tops and sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
- 5 top with generous sprinkling of paprika.
- 6 bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until fish flakes when touched with fork.
- 7 serves 4.
- 8 note: no need to turn while baking.
- 9 any amount may be prepared by adjusting size of pan.
