Mustard-maple Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, 1 inch
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add salmon.
  • 2 seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
  • 3 prepare grill or broiler.
  • 4 remove salmon from bag, reserving the marinade.
  • 5 place salmon on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; baste salmon occasionally with the reserved marinade.
