Fried Perch

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb perch fillet
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 16 ounces light beer
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
  • 1 cup oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat skillet fryer with hot oil.
  • 2 mix flour, cornmeal, beer, salt pepper and seasonings until a batter consistency.
  • 3 coat filets with batter.
  • 4 deep fry til golden brown. approx 3 minutes per side.
