Gingered Lamb

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 500 g lamb, scotch fillet
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated gingerroot
  • 1 garlic clove, crashed
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sake or 2 tablespoons wine
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 cut the lamb and onion in stripes.
  • 2 combine the rest of the ingredients and marinate lamb and onion for 15 minute.
  • 3 take out lamb and onion from marinade sauce and fry it till the lamb is cooked.
  • 4 add the marinade sauce in the pan and simmer it for 3min.
