Grilled Salmon With Chive Sauce Dressing

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 -4 salmon fillets, skinned
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon scallion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor or blender, blend the ingredients to a smooth the mixture.
  • 2 generously coat the salmon filets with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and place on a hot grill 6-8 minutes until they’ll turn without sticking. cook the opposite side for 2- minutes until done. plate the salmon hot off the grill and serve with the dressing spooned over the top.
