Grilled Salmon With Ginger-orange Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup tamari or 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cream sherry
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about an 1-inch thick)
- to taste green onion, cut into fans
Recipe
- 1 combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
- 2 add salmon to bag; seal and marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
- 3 remove salmon from bag, reserving marinade. prepare grill or broiler by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
- 4 cook 6 minutes each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; basting frequently with reserved marinade. place remaining marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
- 5 serve with salmon; garnish with green onion fans.
