Grilled Salmon With Ginger-orange Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup tamari or 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream sherry
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about an 1-inch thick)
  • to taste green onion, cut into fans

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  • 2 add salmon to bag; seal and marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
  • 3 remove salmon from bag, reserving marinade. prepare grill or broiler by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 4 cook 6 minutes each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; basting frequently with reserved marinade. place remaining marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  • 5 serve with salmon; garnish with green onion fans.
