Hazelnut-crusted Lime Grouper

Ingredients
- 24 ounces grouper fillets
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 salt and pepper fish well on both sides.
- 2 preheat oven to 450.
- 3 melt butter and mix with lime juice, mustard, and honey, stirring well.
- 4 place fillets in glass baking dish and pour the butter mixture over, turning to coat both sides. return to fridge or freezer briefly to allow the butter mixture to harden.
- 5 mix crumbs and hazelnuts, put on a plate, and remove fish from pan, turning them over in the crums/nuts until coated.
- 6 return to baking dish, place in oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
