Hazelnut-crusted Lime Grouper

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces grouper fillets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 salt and pepper fish well on both sides.
  • 2 preheat oven to 450.
  • 3 melt butter and mix with lime juice, mustard, and honey, stirring well.
