Healthy Fried Trout

Ingredients

- 1 lb trout fillet
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 lemon
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in skillet.
- 2 add salt and pepper to flour and mix.
- 3 rinse trout and dip into beaten egg.
- 4 cover filets with flour and shake off excess.
- 5 add filets to pan, skin side down and fry 12 minutes.
- 6 flip and fry an additional 12 minutes.
- 7 serve with 1/4 lemon wedge.
