Macadamia And Honey Crusted Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb chilean sea bass fillet
- 1 cup macadamia nuts (coarsely ground)
- 1 cup ritz cracker (coarsely ground)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 lemon
Recipe
- 1 crush macadamia nuts to desired consistency.
- 2 crush ritz crackers to same consistency.
- 3 melt butter over low heat.
- 4 add nuts and crackers and honey and mix well.
- 5 place mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour giving it a stir every 15 minutes (until butter is coagulated and not runny).
- 6 spread mixture over fillets evenly.
- 7 squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon evenly over fillets.
- 8 place fillets on baking sheet and broil 3-4 minutes. (until top is lite golden brown).
- 9 bake 375°f for 15-20 minutes.
- 10 slice remaining 1/2 lemon for garnish.
- 11 serve hot and enjoy!
