Parmesan Baked Cod

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 lb cod fish fillet
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a shallow bowl mix flour, cornmeal, onion powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
- 2 pour the meleted butter into a shallow baking dish.
- 3 dredge the cod in the flour mixtue and place in the baking dish, turning each piece over to coat both sides with butter.
- 4 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 5 bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until cod flakes easily with a fork.
