Pesto Panko Baked Fish

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 2 lbs fish fillets, like salmon, can use halibut
• 3 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce, to coat fish
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, to coat fish

Recipe

• 1 wash and dry fish fillets.
• 2 coat fish with pesto.
• 3 now coat fish with panko, pressing to make it stick.
• 4 place in a baking dish and bake in 350 degrees f. at 7 minutes per inch of fish or until done.
