Chicken Dijon

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 300 g boneless chicken pieces
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 20 g dijon mustard
  • salt
  • 300 ml fresh cream
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a pan.
  • 2 add garlic and saute the chicken fillets till half-done.
  • 3 add mustard and salt.
  • 4 smear on the chicken.
  • 5 cook till done.
  • 6 gradually mix in cream and milk.
  • 7 simmer till the cream thickens.
  • 8 garnish with spinach, tomatoes and roasted onions.
  • 9 serve with garlic bread.
  • 10 note: hamour fillets can be used instead of chicken.
