Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 300 g boneless chicken pieces
- 20 g butter
- 20 g garlic, peeled and chopped
- 20 g dijon mustard
- salt
- 300 ml fresh cream
- 4 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a pan.
- 2 add garlic and saute the chicken fillets till half-done.
- 3 add mustard and salt.
- 4 smear on the chicken.
- 5 cook till done.
- 6 gradually mix in cream and milk.
- 7 simmer till the cream thickens.
- 8 garnish with spinach, tomatoes and roasted onions.
- 9 serve with garlic bread.
- 10 note: hamour fillets can be used instead of chicken.
