Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 5 ounces cooked fish fillets (no bones!!!)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/3 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 large egg
Recipe
- 1 place oil in pan, when heated stir in rice.
- 2 crumble in fish, stirring all the time.
- 3 add egg stirring vigorously.
- 4 when egg is cooked, remove pan from heat and let cool.
- 5 serve.
