Horseradish Baked Salmon

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 slices bread, crusts removed
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless salmon fillets

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 whiz the bread into crumbs in a food processor.
  • 3 add the horseradish and thyme, then season and mix well.
  • 4 put the salmon in one layer in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  • 5 press the crumbs on to the flesh.
  • 6 bake for 10-12 minutes.
