Roasted Pecan Salmon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3 teaspoons chopped pecans
  • lemon wedge

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
  • 2 place skin side down on baking sheet.
  • 3 combine mustard and honey, brush on top of salmon.
  • 4 mix topping of breadcrumbs, nuts, and parsley and sprinkle over salmon.
  • 5 bake at 400 degrees 10-15 minutes or until flaky.
  • 6 serve with wedges of fresh lemon.
