- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
- 1 (450 g) salmon fillets

Recipe
