Peking Salmon Maple And Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
  • 1 (450 g) salmon fillets
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 put the grill above in the oven at around 10 cm (4 inches) of the heating element. preheat the oven to broil.
