Lemon Dill Tilapia

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 325°f.
  • 2 juice 1/2 of the lemon, and cut the other half into thin slices.
  • 3 place fillets in a glass baking dish. season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 top each fillet with 1 tablespoon butter.
  • 5 sprinkle lemon juice and dill on top of each fillet.
  • 6 spread lemon slices over top.
  • 7 bake for 10-15 minutes.
