Easy Fish Tacos

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 frozen battered fish fillets (crispy or crunchy)
  • 2 cups packaged coleslaw mix (multicolored)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 lime
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons russian salad dressing
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo

Recipe

  • 1 prepare fish filets or fish sticks according to package directions.
  • 2 separate 6 tortillas on a plate and microwave till warm, aprox. 30 seconds.
  • 3 combine coleslaw and cilantro. sprinkle the juice of the lime over coleslaw and toss.
  • 4 mix mayo and russian dressing for the sauce.
  • 5 serve with pico de gallo and sliced avocado.
  • 6 assemble and enjoy.
