Easy Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 6 frozen battered fish fillets (crispy or crunchy)
- 2 cups packaged coleslaw mix (multicolored)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lime
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons russian salad dressing
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
Recipe
- 1 prepare fish filets or fish sticks according to package directions.
- 2 separate 6 tortillas on a plate and microwave till warm, aprox. 30 seconds.
- 3 combine coleslaw and cilantro. sprinkle the juice of the lime over coleslaw and toss.
- 4 mix mayo and russian dressing for the sauce.
- 5 serve with pico de gallo and sliced avocado.
- 6 assemble and enjoy.
