- 1/4 head cabbage
- 8 ounces ranch dressing
- 4 ounces salsa
- 1 garlic clove
Recipe
- 1 1. mix beer, flour, salt and pepper to make a thin watery batter.
- 2 2. coat fish and fry in hot oil.
- 3 3. chop onions, cabbage, cilantro.
- 4 4. mix ranch and salsa for sauce.
