- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup spring onion, sliced
- 2 cups honey
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to the crock pot.
- 2 stir, cover, and cook for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
