Ingredients

- 2 chicken breast fillets, diced
- 1 cup mushroom, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 180 g spaghetti
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup basil leaves
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 fry the onion until soft and golden.
- 2 add the chicken , mushrooms,,pasta and the stock.
- 3 bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes,.
- 4 stir in fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
