Grilled Salmon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce, low sodium preferred
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a ziploc bag mix together lemon pepper, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved.
  • 2 add fish, seal and turn to coat.
  • 3 refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • 4 lightly oil grill grate and preheat grill to medium.
  • 5 remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade.
  • 6 cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
