Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce, low sodium preferred
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 in a ziploc bag mix together lemon pepper, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved.
- 2 add fish, seal and turn to coat.
- 3 refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 4 lightly oil grill grate and preheat grill to medium.
- 5 remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade.
- 6 cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
