Crispy-topped Cod

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cod fish fillets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons dill
  • 4 tablespoons chives
  • cucumber
  • lemon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 200c/gas 6. put the cod fillets on a board, season well, then place in a non-stick roasting tin.
  • 2 mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest, and chopped herbs, then spread over the top of the fillets. place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. serve with the shredded cucumber salad and lemon wedges.
