Fish Amandine (low Fat)

Ingredients

- 1 lb pollock or 1 lb cod or 1 lb haddock or 1 lb trout
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 drops hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons parsley
Recipe
- 1 heat broiler.
- 2 combine flour, salt, paprika. dredge fish fillets in flour. place on a greased broiler pan.
- 3 drizzle 1 tbsp of melted butter over the top of the fish. broil 10-15 mins until fish is flakey.
- 4 in a pan over medium heat, saute nuts until toasted. add remaining butter, lemon juice, hot sauce, and parsley. pour over fish when cooked.
