Fish Amandine (low Fat)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb pollock or 1 lb cod or 1 lb haddock or 1 lb trout
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 drops hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons parsley

Recipe

  • 1 heat broiler.
  • 2 combine flour, salt, paprika. dredge fish fillets in flour. place on a greased broiler pan.
  • 3 drizzle 1 tbsp of melted butter over the top of the fish. broil 10-15 mins until fish is flakey.
  • 4 in a pan over medium heat, saute nuts until toasted. add remaining butter, lemon juice, hot sauce, and parsley. pour over fish when cooked.
