Honey-soy Broiled Salmon

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinned
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 whisk scallion, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and ginger in a medium bowl until the honey is dissolved.
  • 2 place salmon in a zip bag and add 3 tablespoons of the sauce and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • 3 preheat broiler and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 4 transfer the salmon to the pan skinned side down and broil until cooked through.
  • 5 drizzle with remaining sauce and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
